Message from the Founder-

I founded the school in 2013 because I saw a serious need for educational structure. Every thing we have done so far is to ensure the the best education a student can get. I want to keep the reputation as the best school. Having worked at a school that was involved in poor student practices I learned a lot of what a school should and should not do. In order for our school to be successful our students need to be successful. We want our students to achieve successful careers in there field. If they learn a lot and understand there field they will succeed.

The #1 rule of the school is the students get the training they pay for. In order to do this the classes have to be planned out and well prepared. The task of making materials is way to big to be left to the instructors so the school has pre made all class presentations. The materials will be covered every day and the tasks will be performed. This will ensure the students have been presented with what they need to be successful in the field. You can add but never subtract from the program. If you enjoy teaching and cover the materials your students will be happy. Years of work has been done to make it easy for the instructors to have successful classes therefor, The Power points are the property of the school and are not to be copied or distributed by any one. They are part of the presentation and if a student wants to review them it must be done on a school computer at the school. The students get the written hand outs. No one gets a the power points or any materials made or owned by the school unless it is specifically made to be distributed. No recordings of classes will be made or distributed with out exclusive right of the school.

#2 In order for a school to be successful in the long haul it must be legally compliant. All laws pertaining to but not limited to, Enrollment, Recruitment, attendance, harassment, and discrimination must be followed. If some thing is wrong we want to know and we want to fix it. If there is an issue bring it to the attention of one of the founding members. These issues will be resolved immediately and will not be allowed to escalate.

Our mission is to provide the best training at a affordable price and our objective is to produce a high percentage of students who obtain ASE certification and who demonstrate excellence while working in the automotive field.


Political discussions will be halted if they start. Remember a lot of our country supports one side and a lot support the other. The classroom is a place for education not political propaganda.

Cell phone and social media policy

In order for students to get proper education cell phones and social media are not to be used during class. They are a distraction to your ability to perform your job. If your caught using your device during class you will be required to leave your device off school property. All company computers and equipment are for business related use only.

Nondisclosure agreement

Employees cannot disclose or in any way profit from company confidential information supplied. Things that happen at the school are not to be discussed out side of the school or with any competing business or school. The materials used are property of the school and are not to be redistributed. No recordings, pictures or video will be made of any thing that happens on the school property with out the written authorization of the school.

At will employment

Because happy employees are essential to a good education for the students all employment is at will and any one can be terminated for violating school rules. If you do not like your job you do not belong here. Education is a business for people who want to help other people. Personal problems or differences need to be left out of the classroom. If you hate your job you can quit at any time if your not in a contract position. If you are in a contract position please refer to your contract for procedures.


Employees especially instructors are expected to portray a positive attitude. You are forbidden to say, portray or express overly negative feelings toward to any industry the school offers. The students are here to learn how to be successful doing some thing they love. No industry is perfect we need to focus on the positive.

Personal issues

The students are here to learn there for no employee shall discuss personal problems with the students in any regards. Problems at home, at work or other are not to be inflicted on the students.


There is to be no improper fraternization between employees and students.

Company employees may date, develop friendships and relationships both inside and outside of the workplace as long as the relationships do not negatively have an impact on work. Any relationship that interferes with the company culture of teamwork, the harmonious work environment or the productivity of employees, will be addressed by applying the progressive discipline policy up to and including employment termination. Adverse workplace behavior or behavior that affects the workplace that arises because of personal relationships will not be tolerated. Additionally, any fraternization with any employee who reports to the manager or whose terms and conditions of employment such as pay raises, promotions, and advancement are potentially affected by the manager, is prohibited unless the relationship was prior to hiring.


Any overtime work needs to be authorized. All state and federal laws will apply to compensation. If your in a contract position the overtime compensation will be included in your contract.

Severe Weather and Emergency Closing

will delay operation of business and will be followed as advised by NHC and NOAA please call the school if you have any questions.

Attendance You are expected to come to work. If you call in sick excessively especially Monday and Friday or other situation that show neglect of duties you may subject to disciplinary action. If your un able to work for an extended period your position may need to be permanently filled and you may be terminated from work. If you don’t notify employer and do not show up you may be subject to instant self termination. Instructors are vital employees and are expected to try to keep the best attendance as possible. They have scheduled vacation times and if need to take off outside of schedule they need to make sure a sub is available.

Dress code

all employees are expect to maintain proper business attire. If your position requires a uniform you are expected to wear it. If your position requires no uniform you are expected to wear a collared shirt, long slacks in good repair, black shoes and be dressed to meet industry standard acceptable attire. Women can wear a dress as long as it is below the knee and is conservative exposure. The standard is business casual unless otherwise noted.

Drugs and Alcohol

Are prohibited at the facility. No employee may engage in there use at the facility or be under there influence.

Weapons at work

Fire arms must be un loaded and not carried on person or by any staff member. If they are on the property they must be kept locked in a secure location. They must never be seen by students of other staff members. If brandished even accidentally termination may apply. Exclusion would be licensed security guard. Students are forbidden to have fire arms or weapons on property. Knives are forbidden if they are not for food purposes.


All students and staff are expected to park in lot out side of traffic area in assigned spots.


Any employee who does any thing that violates the rules of the accrediting body’s may be subject to termination. All employees are expected to maintain there standards at all times.

Company equipment

No employee shall remove any company property from the facility unless permission is given in writing


All employees must keep good personal hygiene.
